The Island School Council for the Arts

Founded in 1971, the Island School Council for the Arts has funded nearly $2.5 million to support arts programs in local schools and has made a significant contribution to the growth and strength of arts education. Some of ISCA’s programs are Promising Picassos Student Art Exhibition, Rising Stars Youth Talent Competition, ISCA and Joan Stuckart Memorial Fund Art Scholarships, The ISCA and Joan Stuckart Memorial Fund Scholarship Luncheon, Teacher Grants and An Evening of the Arts fundraiser.
Our mission is to promote and advance art education, and enrich and enhance the art experience of youth in the greater Hilton Head and Bluffton areas.
