Advances in science over the last decade have allowed us to better understand the threat to the most important global environmental systems.
Award-winning filmmaker Ricard Attenborough and renowned environmental scientist Johan Rockstrom have captured this knowledge in a magnificent film, Breaking Boundaries: The Science of our Planet. These threats include climate change but also ozone deletion, a loss of biodiversity, chemical pollution, the loss of fresh water, ocean acidification, and more.
LLHHI’s resident environmental activist, Dave DesJardins, will present this film and moderate a discussion following its showing. Don’t miss it.
