Lowcountry Raptors Early Owl-o-we’en at Wild Birds Unlimited

On Saturday, October 13, Lila Arnold and her Lowcountry Raptors will return to Wild Birds Unlimited of Hilton Head for a pre-Hallowe’en visit. You’ll get to see Barred, Great Horned, Burrowing and Screech Owls up close, plus everyone’s favorite little-bit-spooky but really fun Turkey Vulture, Igor, and a new member of the crew — Sterling the Merlin! As always, this will be a fun and educational event for the whole family.
Through public education, Lowcountry Raptors, a 501(c)(3), fosters a connection between people and birds of prey. Their goal is to help the human part of the natural community learn to value, understand, and honor the role of wildlife in preserving the natural and cultural heritage of the Lowcountry.
