This newly designed workshop is PERFECT for students wanting to refresh on their hand-building skills, or for beginner level students, even those with ZERO experience.
There is no better feeling than having clay in your hands, rolling, squeezing, patting, cutting, etc. Instructor Barb Snow will teach you all of the basics on creating with Clay using only a few simple tools and your hands!

Instructor: | Barb Snow |
Instructor Bio: | “There is so much to learn in art, to experiment with, to discover and to enjoy!” A native of Michigan, BARBARA SNOW, received her degree in design from the University of Michigan and did graduate work at U. of M., Saginaw Valley State University, and Center for Creative Studies. Her career was in teaching art and high school administration. |
Since moving to Hilton Head in 1997, there has been much more time to pursue personal art interests. Printmaking, oil, and pastel are current favorites.
She has done extensive work in clay and a loom occupies a special spot in her studio. She has had work accepted into both the Southeastern Pastel Society Member Juried Show and Art League of Hilton Head Juried Shows. Barbara has been a member of the Board of Directors at Art League of Hilton Head and displays regularly at Art League Gallery. She is one of the original members of the Applepie Painters and The Maye River Gallery in Bluffton.
