DNA RESULTS: Understanding Your DNA Results on Ancestry: A Virtual Class for Genealogists New to DNA

Jan Alpert is a volunteer at the Heritage Library who has been working with DNA for almost 20 years. If you have received a DNA kit as a Mother’s Day or Father’s Day gift and received your testing results, Jan can help you understand and analyze your DNA matches, provide tips for communicating with your DNA cousins and help you fill in gaps in your family tree. The class is a beginning DNA class and will include a handout. Jan will teach a more advanced class during the winter.
$12 for Heritage Library members; $15 for non-members.
