Join us at the Coastal Discovery Museum on May 12 from 5:30-7:30 pm for a fun evening of “Discovery Night at the Museum”. Batik is a process of using melted wax to create a dye resistant design on fabric. Learn the art of batiking with local artist Stella-lee Anderson. Use the paintbrush technique of applying wax and indigo dye to create your own unique artwork. No prior experience is required to enjoy this evening of learning and creating.
