Join SCDNR Heritage Trust archaeologists for a free guided tour of Green’s Shell Enclosure Heritage Preserve as they conduct an archaeological survey of the property. Green’s Shell Enclosure Heritage Preserve is located at 99 Squire Pope Road, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926.

Free guided tours of Green’s Shell Enclosure Heritage Preserve will take place at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., and 2 p.m. daily from Tuesday, January 7 through Thursday, January 16, 2025. Each tour is limited to 15 participants, and pre-registration is encouraged.

Tours will be guided by an archaeologist, will last approximately 45 minutes, and will include experimental archaeology demonstrations. All tours are free.
