SUMMARY:Take the Stage
DESCRIPTION:JULY 14 – 18\n\n\nKids will sing\, dance\, and act their hearts out alongside professional artists—building bold characters\, mastering scenes\, and learning choreography. It all comes together in a high-energy mini showcase in the Black Box on Friday! \n\nTuition:\n$145\n\n\nJoin us as we explore music\, dance\, and drama in this fun-filled camp. Students will work with professional artists to create scenes and musical numbers while developing strong physical characters and staging stories as an ensemble. Young actors will engage in various singing styles\, scenes\, and dance techniques throughout this fun-filled camp and will create a mini showcase performance in our Black Box on Friday! \nA‍ges 6-8        12:30 – 3:00 pm \nAges 9-14       9:30 am – 12:00 pm \n\nAdditional information\n\nRegistration Requirements\nPre-registration is required for all classes\, workshops\, and camps. In order to secure your spot\, an online registration must be made. For registration online visit our website at www.artshhi.com.  Click on the Education tab.  If you have questions or need assistance with online registration\, please email aadams@artshhi.com. \n\n\nFamily Discount\nIf registering more than 1 child from the same family in a camp session\, receive $15 off. A $25 administration fee will be deducted from any refunded amount for all summer camps.  To request a cancellation please email aadams@artshhi.com. Refunds will be mailed within 2 weeks of cancellation. \n\n\nSafety Protocols\nOur goal is to protect patrons\, visitors\, employees\, staff\, artists\, and volunteers\, as well as to mitigate the potential for the spread of illness in our community. We continue to practice enhanced cleaning procedures and students who are exhibiting any signs of illness will be asked not to attend. \nHalf-day campers should bring a water bottle and snack. Visual art campers should wear old clothing and/or bring a smock to protect their clothes. Theatre campers should bring a lunch.

The week wraps up with a special Friday exhibit and reception to celebrate their creativity! \n\nTuition: $145\n\n\nIn this one-week camp\, students will study folk and fine art from all around the world that will inspire both traditional and unusual 2D and 3D masterpieces. A final exhibit and reception will be held on Friday.
