DESCRIPTION:Make a Pair of Mugs – Hand Building Techniques \nWho: Ages 14 through Adult\nWhen: Wednesday morning – 10 am – 12 pm \nStarts: Apr. 8\, May 6\, or May 27\, 2026…a 1 day project!\nHow Long: 2 Hour Class – 1-day session \nCost: $75/person \nWhere: Hilton Head Pottery Studio (includes all materials\, glazes\, and firing costs) \nIt’s time to treat yourself to a fun 1-day project. We have a perfect opportunity for you to experience hand-building while we make spectacular pieces…your very own pair of mugs. Our one-day class will include an introduction to rolling slabs\, texturing\, sculpting\, & constructing your creation. Your mug can take on its own unique shape…handles looking like mushrooms\, tree frogs\, snakes\, or abstract curly-cues. Your masterpiece will be fired and ready for pickup in a few weeks after class. \nOur teaching method is hands-on\, and class sizes are intentionally small so we can provide individualized attention as needed. This class is fun and low-key…we want you to learn what it takes to create a pottery piece\, but it’s just as important to have a good experience. \nThis Class is limited to 10 participants
