DESCRIPTION:4-WEEKS\nMondays (8:30 to 11:30am)\nFebruary 3\, 10\, 17\, 24\, 2025 \nChris will demonstrate multiple paintings (seascape\, floral\, & island theme) from beginning to completion. Areas of demonstrations and techniques will include\, design\, drawing\, color\, value\, washes\, glazing\, wet in wet\, masking\, dry brush\, lifting out and more. \nChris will guide you through the techniques and help you develop skills needed to produce beautiful watercolor paintings. A list of materials you should bring with you is provided below.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPLEASE BRING: \nPrintable Supply List Here \nPAPER:\nArches\, Windsor & Newton or similar high quality cold press watercolor paper (block or sheets). \nBRUSHES:\n1″ Flat brush or larger (used for larger washes)\, 3/8″ angle brush (used for smaller washes and some detail work)\, #2 round brush (used for detail work)\, fan brush \nPAINT:\nPrimary Colors: (Cadmium Yellow\, Cadmium Red\, Alizarin Crimson\, Ultramarine Blue)\nSecondary Colors: (Hookers Green\, Violet\, Orange)\nAdditional Colors: (Raw Umber\, Yellow Ochre\, Burnt Sienna\, Payne’s Gray) \nNote: Paint comes in tubes or cakes. Either is acceptable. I prefer tubes for ease of mixing. \nPALETTE:\nMany verities are available. DESCRIPTION:4-WEEKS\nMondays (9am – 12pm)\nFebruary 3\, 10\, 17\, 24\, 2025\n-OR- Drop in for $50 per week\, no registration required! \n\nPaint with the medium  of your choice\, (Oil\, WC\, Acrylic\, Pastel\, Charcoal\, Colored Pencil – YOUR CHOICE)\, in a relaxed atmosphere with as much instructor help as you want. \nBring in new or unfinished work you want to do. \nShort demos\, techniques\, and critiques will be available to assist you. \nRealism\, impressionism\, or something more modern is all welcome. \n\n\nSKILL LEVEL:\nThis class is appropriate for beginner painters\, intermediate painters and advanced painters of any medium.
