DESCRIPTION:Shelter Cove Sculpture Trail connects Shelter Cove Community Park and Shelter Cove Veterans’ Memorial Park to a new trailhead parking area. The trail features a temporary display of public art sculptures. Permanent and temporary sculptures incorporating Island wildlife and environmental themes are installed along the trail. Temporary pieces will be changed every 12-18 months. \nThe trail is a public pathway network along Broad Creek and Shelter Cove Lane. The pathways along Broad Creek provide spectacular views of the salt marsh. In the future\, it will be connected to the proposed Chaplin Linear Park.
